FEES AND CHARGES
BULK BILLING
We bulk bill all valid Medicare card holders. Fees will apply to non Medicare card holders and items that aren't covered by the bulk billing scheme
Most of our consultations are bulk billed if you have a valid Medicare card.
However, certain consultations and procedures will incur an out-of-pocket fee. If you are unsure, please inquire within the clinic.
The following consultations are not eligible for a Medicare rebate, and you will be required to pay the full amount at the time of consultation:

MISSED APPOINTMENT/LATE CANCELLATION
Missing an appointment will result in a $45 missed appointment fee ($90 for a missed LONG appointment). We also require at least 1 hour notice before cancelling otherwise you may get charged a late cancellation fee of $45​

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENT
It is a requirement of our practice that you be seen face to face every 6 months with the doctor. This also includes when requesting quick scripts

PHONE CONSULTATIONS
To book a phone consult, after speaking with reception, you need to enter your credit card details through the Hotdoc app. To be eligible for a phone consult you need to have been seen face to face with a doctor here in the last 6 months. Any queries, please call reception to discuss 03 5655 1355. Please note, Dr Clare Stainsby no longer does phone consultations. All consults with her will need to be face to face in the clinic.
HISTORY TRANSFER
In order for your medical records to be transferred to another practice there must first be a written request from your new GP, along with your signed consent. This must be provided to us before any information can be transferred.The original records are not released and a copy of the requesting letter is kept on file in the patient record. We will first send a patient summary. If a full patient history is required there will be a $45 administrative fee and then the history will be sent. If a paper copy is required an additional 22c per page will be charged. If a new patient is requesting their medical records from a previous doctor, please ask our reception or your doctor and request form can be completed and sent out accordingly. ​
FEES INFORMATION
Fees are based on those recommended by the Australian Medical Association. The doctors provide significant discounts to holders of a health care card and pensioners.
​If your medical care is placing you in financial difficulties please discuss this with your doctor, who may then reduce your account.
​Mastercard and Visa are accepted and EFTPOS is available.
A discount is given for fees paid on the day.
​We also have Medicare easy claims available to collect your Medicare rebates online on the spot after you pay your account.
